I have worked in journalism, public relations, and marketing communications for years. This blog is a creative outlet for my own thought. I hope some of the posts here make you laugh, think, and feel. My work has appeared in Northwest newspapers and magazines, and on Ravishly, Scary Mommy, and The Huffington Post. I’m working on a novel and spend most of my spare time keeping up with my active teenage son and trying to keep our puppy from destroying our house.
