After working in journalism, public relations, and marketing communications for years, I’m working for myself now, freelancing and consulting. I get to spend more time with my son and write what I really want. My work has appeared in Northwest newspapers and magazines, and on Ravishly, Scary Mommy, and the Huffington Post. I hope some of the posts here make you laugh, think, and feel. I’m working on a novel and spend most of my spare time keeping up with my active 10-year-old son and trying to keep our puppy from destroying our house.
